Welcome to the pack! 💩🐶
We’re excited to help keep your yard clean, fresh, and ready for you and your four-legged family members to enjoy.

By starting service with Doodie and the Beast, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

🏡 Yard Access

Please make sure we have safe and clear access to your yard on your scheduled service day. Gates should be unlocked or access instructions provided before our arrival.

If we are unable to service your yard because we cannot gain access, the scheduled visit may still be charged.

🐶 Pets & Pet Count

Please keep your account updated with the correct number of dogs using the yard, as pricing may be based on the number of pets.

We love meeting friendly pups! However, if your dog is protective, aggressive, or uncomfortable with visitors in the yard, please keep them safely inside during service.

🔐 Gates

We take gate security seriously and will make every reasonable effort to leave your gate closed and secured exactly as we found it.

Please let us know about any special latches, locks, gate issues, or access instructions before service.

☔ Weather & Service Delays

Rain happens. Mud happens. Mother Nature has a mind of her own!

Severe weather, lightning, flooding, icy conditions, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions may require us to delay or reschedule service. If this happens, we will service your property as soon as conditions safely allow.

🏖️ Vacations & Service Pauses

Going out of town or your pup won’t be using the yard for a while? Just let us know in advance if you would like to pause service.

Without advance notice, regularly scheduled visits may still be charged.

💩 Yard Conditions

For the safety of our team, pets, and your property, yards should be reasonably maintained and free of hazards such as aggressive animals, exposed wires, dangerous debris, unsecured structures, or other unsafe conditions.

If conditions make the yard unsafe to service, we may postpone the cleanup until the issue is corrected.

💳 Payments

Clients are responsible for keeping their payment information current and paying all balances when due.

Any unpaid balance remaining after service ends must be paid within 15 days.

🐾 Property & Pet Safety

Our team will always use reasonable care while servicing your property. Doodie and the Beast is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from pre-existing property conditions, defective gates or fencing, unsecured pets, hidden hazards, landscaping conditions, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Please notify us of anything unusual about your yard, gate, fencing, or pets that our team should know before entering the property.

💰 Pricing & Promotions

Service rates, fees, and promotional offers may occasionally change.

If your regular service rate changes, we will provide at least two (2) weeks' notice whenever reasonably possible. Promotional offers may have separate terms and expiration dates.

👋 Canceling Service

We hate to see a member of the pack go, but there are no long-term contracts unless otherwise specifically agreed upon.

Either you or Doodie and the Beast may cancel service at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding balance remains due after cancellation.

By scheduling, purchasing, or continuing service with Doodie and the Beast, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
