No! As long as we have safe access to your designated service area, you don’t need to be home.

We love dogs, but every dog and situation is different. If your dog is friendly and you’ve approved interaction, we’re happy to say hello. If there are any concerns about behavior or safety, please keep your pet safely inside during service.

Absolutely. Gate security is extremely important to us. We make every effort to leave gates exactly as we found them and securely closed before leaving.

For most households, weekly service is an excellent choice. Homes with multiple dogs may benefit from more frequent service depending on yard size and waste volume.

That’s okay! We’ve seen poop before—it’s literally our business. 😂 Contact us about an initial or one-time cleanup, and we’ll help get your yard back under control.

Light rain generally doesn’t stop us. Severe weather, lightning, unsafe conditions, extreme weather, or other circumstances may require us to adjust the schedule. We’ll communicate service changes when necessary.

Holiday schedules may occasionally be adjusted. We’ll communicate changes to affected customers.

I would only answer this after confirming exactly how you’ve configured Sweep&Go. If customers can cancel recurring service according to the Terms of Service you’ve already created, we should say that specifically rather than promise “no contracts” unless that is technically true.

Customers are responsible for providing access on their scheduled service day. If we’re unable to access the service area, the visit may still be subject to the applicable service charge under your Terms of Service.

Payment is simple and convenient. Customers can securely maintain their payment information through the client portal, and applicable recurring services can be automatically billed according to their selected billing option.
